Overview:

Warehouses that store and handle food must adhere to food safety regulations. The Food Safety Modernization Act, or FSMA, put in place different regulations that warehouses must follow depending on the types of activities performed. During Scaling Up Your Food Business: Warehouse Food Operations and FSMA, we will provide insight into which regulations apply to storage and transportation operations, as well as to those warehouses that are looking to conduct some type of processing.
