On behalf of the International Association for Food Protection’s Executive Board, we invite you to take part in IAFP 2022, July 31– August 3, at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the U.S. We are so thrilled to be gathering in person this year, but in support of continued public health, we urge you all to take whatever precautions you feel are necessary.
IAFP’s Annual Meeting is the leading global food safety conference, attended by 3,500 food safety professionals from around the world. This outstanding meeting offers the latest scientific research results presented during more than 100 sessions on topic areas such as: cultivating diversity in food safety spaces, novel foods such as those that are plant-based, omics, the impact of climate change, analytical method validation, viruses and parasites, practical advice for digital communication; and dozens of other topics.
IAFP 2022 also provides opportunities to network with global food safety leaders from industry, government and academia. Every day provides new possibilities to interact with food safety professionals while sharing your experiences as well as learning from colleagues.
The conference opening sessions begin on Sunday July 31st at 6pm but there are 2 days of workshops and events preceding that for those interested in attending.
