Every 2 years a group of people in the milk/dairy industry come together to put together the NCIMS Conference.
Prior to the conference, those in the industry or regulators may submit a proposal to be reviewed that the conference.
Proposals are submitted to add or amend regulations and documents associated with the Grade A milk program including the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and related documents. Examples from the 2019 conference can be downloaded here.

The deadline to submit proposals for the 2023 NCIMS Conference will be January 13, 2023 at 11:59pm. From Cary Frye on submitting proposals:
“Please note that new proposals and any edited/revised 2022 proposals must be submitted by e-mailing the electronic submission form (preferred) that is posted on the NCIMS website or by sending a USB flash drive containing the electronic submission form. No printed hard copies or handwritten proposals will be accepted. The deadline for the receipt of all proposals, including proposed changes to the Constitution or Bylaws, using the electronic submission form (emailed or mailed on a USB flash drive) is 11:59 pm Eastern Time, January 13, 2023
